Creating a Forge account does not create a charge. The price, billing interval, and any offer-specific refund window must be displayed in checkout before payment is enabled.
Refund requests
Contact Anthony to request a review of a charge. No additional guaranteed refund window is advertised for this membership. Your rights under applicable law are unaffected. Canceling renewal does not itself issue a refund.
Billing problems
Report duplicate, erroneous, or unauthorized charges promptly to anthony@forgegreatness.com. Include the account email and charge date, but never send full card details by email.
